The chem-ID offers public safety and Federal agencies a highly accurate and reliable field tool to quickly identify over 100 chemicals, (including chemical warfare agents, toxic industrial chemicals and Meth lab chemicals), as well as perform a detailed chemical analysis on any chemical sampled. Designed to perform precision chemical analysis that has been previously achievable only in large laboratories by trained analytical chemists using hundreds of thousands of dollars of equipment, the chem-ID is fast, easy to use and requires almost no training. The chem-ID can be operated by remote control in the most hazardous environments, and can quickly download and email analysis results to any location for assessment.
Engineered for mobile field use, the chem-ID is easily carried to the emergency or detection site and will endure a harsh testing environment. The device’s ability to detect and analyze samples in the field eliminates problems associated with conventional collecting, shipping, storage and processing of samples of unknown agents. The chem-ID provides immediate, on site test results providing rapid containment opportunities and eliminating costly and time delayed laboratory analysis.
